Knutsford Vets Renovation Update

As the Knutsford Vets renovation nears completion, we are excited to share an update on our recent efforts to enhance our facilities and provide an even higher level of care for your beloved pets.

Next time you visit the practice, you will notice that our new reception area and consultation rooms are now open! We have also added a temporary side entrance to the left of the building, leading to a beautiful bright and airy space.

Here’s a summary of our recent developments

Expanded Waiting Area and Garden

We have expanded our facilities to include a larger waiting area with separate spaces for cats and dogs. Additionally, we are in the process of creating a beautiful garden outside, which will enable you to wait for your consultation in a relaxed outdoor setting.

Dedicated Theatres and Laboratory

We are in the final stages of crafting our dedicated soft tissue and orthopaedic theatres, equipped with the latest technology. We have also added to our extensive in-house laboratory for same-day assessment and diagnosis, enabling us to provide efficient care.

Advanced Veterinary Oxygen Therapy Kennels

Our primary care areas now feature a new best-in class veterinary oxygen therapy kennel. These state-of-the-art kennels allow us to create an oxygen controlled environment for patients that need it.

Imaging Room and Ultrasonography

We have introduced a new imaging room with hospital-standard anaesthesia, specialist X-ray machine and table with an in-suite viewing station. Our new specialist ultrasonography machine enables non-invasive tests for a detailed internal examination. This advanced equipment allows us to perform ultrasound-guided fine needle biopsies and obtain super high-definition visuals, beneficial for everything from pregnancy diagnosis to organ assessment.

Dental Laboratory and Theatre

We are delighted to announce that Charlie Adams returns from maternity leave in August. Charlie is completing her Dental and oral surgery post-graduate certificate and will lead our Dental service.

Private Bereavement Space

For the most difficult moments in a pet owner’s life, we have created a private bereavement space with its own entrance. This dedicated space provides the privacy and support you need when it’s time to say goodbye.

Meeting space

As part of our renovations, we have created a meeting space where we will be providing continual professional development (CPD) lectures to local vets in ophthalmology, dermatology, dentistry and surgery.
