About Nick

Tell us a bit about you

Hi, I’m Nick. I graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2015 and have worked within Cheshire ever since, most recently as director of a small animal branch in Warrington.

What are your qualifications and interests?

I have a particular interest in everything internal medicine and am currently working towards becoming an advanced practitioner in this. I also really enjoy surgery, with an especially keen interest in the laparoscopic services we’re able to provide here at Knutsford!

What pets do you have?

I am currently pet-less although am hoping to get a dog in the near future – any recommendations are welcome! I enjoy taking out my family’s Border Collie, Storm when I can.

What’s your dream Holiday/travel location?

It’d have to be either Japan or Canada for a full on ski holiday. Not the most relaxing, but it much beats the thrill of travelling down the mountains at speed (and hopefully staying upright whilst at it!).

Whats your favourite wild animal?

King Penguin

Favourite thing about Knutsford?

Knutsford Vets, of course… either that or Tatton Park for a dog walk and some deer spotting.

What do you enjoy outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy letting loose my competitive side playing football (not necessarily very well!), going to the gym and reading whenever I get the opportunity.

Favourite Film?

The Shawshank Redemption
