Tell us a bit about you

I have been working here at Knutsford Veterinary Surgery for 5 years, 3 as a Veterinary Care Assistant and now as a Student Veterinary Nurse. Having owned cats all my life I knew I wanted to work with animals and after Joining the team at Knutsford vets as a care assistant and seeing the care and compassion that the team showed to patients, I was inspired to become a registered veterinary Nurse (RVN) and am now undertaking my training to do so.

 

Qualifications and Interests:

I am currently studying for a Diploma in veterinary nursing. I particularly enjoy doing consultations and spending time with our lovely clients. I also have a BSc (Hons) Psychology, Level 2 Veterinary Care and Animal Welfare, Level 1 Animal first Aid and Level 3 Animal care and welfare.

 

What pets do you have?

A gorgeous old ginger cat called Ella

 

What’s your dream Holiday/travel location?

I have been very lucky with the places I have travelled to but would love to explore more of Canada

 

What’s your favourite wild animal?

Koala’s – did you know they sleep for 20 hours a day? I’d do that if I could.

 

Favourite thing about Knutsford

Bars and places to eat on the high street.

 

What do you enjoy outside of work?

Holidaying and going to gigs!
